Is the licence per user?
No. Licences are per platform and organisation, with unlimited users.
Can we start with one platform and add more?
Yes. Additional platforms are discounted for existing customers.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes. We can run a paid pilot on your data, credited against the licence if you go ahead.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Typically a deposit on signature and the balance on go-live. Instalment options are available for larger agreements.
